Significant Cleaning Services, LLC (SCS) was founded in 1987 by Larry and Diane Lovaglia with a simple but powerful vision: keep janitorial services straightforward, focus on one commercial building at a time, and earn growth by taking exceptional care of every client—and especially every employee.

What began as a small operation has since grown into a trusted commercial cleaning partner servicing hundreds of accounts throughout the Bay Area. Despite this growth, SCS has remained deeply committed to a family-first culture that supports and values the hundreds of employees who make the company successful.

Today, Significant Cleaning Services proudly provides janitorial services to major technology companies and high-profile developments across Silicon Valley. In 2020, Anthony Lovaglia, son of Larry and Diane, became CEO after working full-time in the industry since 2009. Under his leadership, SCS continues to evolve alongside advancements in technology and industry standards.
